    It is fairly clean and huge hotel, the staff are superbly friendly and location in what are the leisure options available eg free shuttle to car park n seaside is stunning and marvellous. The breakfast is tasty with a huge variety of things to eat and drink. Excellent service and the food is excellent;))

    The location of Novus Jiva Anyer is perfect, just near the ocean and in a lovely area. the staff are extremely friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. - the breakfast served is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

    We loved our stay at this lovely seaside hotel with amazing panoramic views. The staff was friendly and helpful and assisted us on every query. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-organized, with all amenities functioning correctly. The buffet breakfast was a delight with a wide range of options to choose from. The swimming pool was impeccably maintained, and the beach was nice and clean. Furthermore, the interior was beautifully decorated, creating a calming ambiance that made us feel home away from home.

    The hotel could use more swimming pools with full occupancy when it gets crowded, and prices for food were somewhat expensive.
